New Belgium Beers will be featured at the Saratoga Balloon and BBQ Festival. 





On Sunday, during the show hours between 11am and 5pm, the BEST steak cooking teams throughout NY will compete at the festival, vying for the coveted Best In NY Championship, sanctioned by the Steak Cookoff Association of America!

A panel of trained judges will determine the best steak, crowning the 2021 champion at the festival.  The steaks cooked by these elite teams are (sadly) not available to the public, but you can cheer them on as you visit the festival.

The competition is sanctioned and governed by the Steak Cookoff Association of America.
